چکیده

Abstract Recent astrochemical models and experiments have explained that complex organic molecules (COMs; composed of six or more atoms) are produced on the dust grain mantles in cold dense gas prestellar cores. However, detailed chemical processes roles physical conditions chemistry still far from understood. To address these questions, we investigated 12 high-mass star-forming regions using Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) Band 6 observations. They associated with 44/95 GHz class I 6.7 II CH 3 OH masers, indicative undergoing active accretion. We found 28 hot cores COM emission among 68 continuum peaks at 1.3 mm specified 10 masers. Up to 19 COMs identified including oxygen- nitrogen-bearing their isotopologues The derived abundances show a good agreement those other low- regions, implying is predominantly set by ice core stage. One clear trend detection rate steeply grows column density, which can be attributed efficient formation In addition, maser tend enriched COMs. Finally, our results suggest enhanced several could originated accretion as well different

A Survey of Large Molecules of Biological Interest toward Selected High-mass Star-forming Regions

We have surveyed the high-mass Galactic star-forming regions G19.61 0.23, G45.47+0.05, and W75N for interstellar methanol (CH3OH), formic acid (HCOOH), acetic acid (CH3COOH), methyl formate (HCOOCH3), methyl cyanide (CH3CN), and ethyl cyanide (CH3CH2CN) with the Berkeley-Illinois-Maryland Association Array. From our observations, we have detected two new sources of interstellar HCOOH toward the...

Photodissociation of organic molecules in star-forming regions

The presence of methyl alcohol or methanol (CH3OH) in several astrophysical environments has been characterized by its high abundance that depends on both the production rate and the destruction rate. In the present work, the photoionization and photodissociation processes of methanol have been experimentally studied, employing soft X-ray photons (100-310 eV) from a toroidal grating monochromat...

Molecular Outflows in Low- and High-Mass Star Forming Regions

We review the known properties of molecular outflows from lowand high-mass young stars. General trends among outflows are identified, and the most recent studies on the morphology, kinematics, energetics, and evolution of molecular outflows are discussed, focusing on results from high-resolution millimeter observations. We review the existing four broad classes of outflow models and compare num...

Hydrogen Fluoride in High-Mass Star-forming Regions

Hydrogen fluoride has been established to be an excellent tracer of molecular hydrogen in diffuse clouds. In denser environments, however, the HF abundance has been shown to be approximately two orders of magnitude lower. We present Herschel/HIFI observations of HF J = 1−0 toward two high-mass star formation sites, NGC6334 I and AFGL 2591. In NGC6334 I the HF line is seen in absorption in foreg...

Search for Calibrators for the Submillimeter Array: I. High-Mass Star Forming Regions

We present initial results of an ongoing search for interferometric calibrators at submillimeter (sub-mm) wavelengths with the Submillimeter Array (SMA). Powerful radio galaxies are commonly used as calibrators at centimeter and millimeter wavelengths, but many are not strong enough to serve as calibrators at sub-mm wavelengths because of their rapidly declining flux densities toward shorter wa...
